Here is a suggested process for the deconditioning loop. I used this process myself and you can find every single word that accounted for my liberation here.
I also spent time translating the teachings of the Buddha to cultivate my new worldview.
It is essential that you focus on non-greed and non-hatred.
To paraphrase the bible, think unto others as you would have you think unto yourself.
The affective tone that you hold toward the world will shape your world.
If you harbour feelings of hatred, greed and victimisation then you will feel hated, hungry and beaten.
If you harbour feelings of generosity, kindness and forgiveness then you will feel abundance, love and compassion.
The actions of other people do not factor into this equation; it is all about changing the perceptual lens through which you view the world.
It is about changing how you view your self and the impermanent and dissatisfactory nature of being.
1 - Walk around texting yourself thought-loops.
The walking keeps a steady drip of dopamine so you can complete the thoughts. Whatsapp lets your message yourself and has a desktop version which makes it easy to copy these into a website.
2 - Upload these thoughts to a free Google Site.
I did mine publicly; you do not need to.
3 - Review the writings immediately before bed, after the evening routine if you are using it.
This encodes them for consolidation during your REM/NREM cycles.
4 - Wake up and immediately write, whether a conception is clear in mind or not.
Do not check emails, social media, texts or news before this. You want your mind to be as clear as possible.
5 - Rinse, repeat.
Simple, yeah?
The walking means that you can complete digging those sand tunnels all the way to the bottom thanks to constant dopamine.
Keeping it to short text messages means that every tunnel is a series of tiny tasks which can be completed one shovel-full at a time.
Reviewing in a different font starts to build lateral tunnels between them, implanting the idea in a new part of your brain, so they will consolidate.
The tide of dopamine comes in while you sleep and draws them all together.
Over time you go from 100 scattered minima to 20 conceptions to 3 insights to 1 eureka.
All you have to do is repeat the process and keep regulating.
The final eureka or enlightenment moment will let you know when it is coming. Your brain will start to feel electric with energy; almost like it has too much data or mass to contain.
This is when you want to move toward inducing a cessation event. Once your mind is primed, the event will happen almost of its own accord.
Sitting meditation is beneficial but not essential; my own 'stream entry' was induced by writing, knife making, music, chanting and instinctive dance. Budhism relies on meditation but Sufi and Christian methods involve dance and song. They are *all* forms of regulation.
Once the system is ready, you will know what to do.
