This is a process of deconstruction, not construction. Focus on:
non-badness rather than goodness
non-greed rather than generosity
non-hatred rather than love
reprogramming // structure // level 1 // level 2 // level 3 // level 4 // multimodal re-encoding
The cycle is the same for all levels. The levels are abstractions and can be blurred; it is an iterative process and you will learn what works for you.
The cycle is: [regulate, isolate, regulate/release, re-encode] > cessation
After a cessation you will then enter the insight cycle and the process will be on rails.
WARNING: Once the process has been initiated it will not stop until the network finds a new satisfactory explanation.
For isolated trauma this can be simple, but for things like rejection sensitivity and self-construct, it can go deep. Please do not initiate the process unless you need this level of healing.
Avoid alcohol and neuroplasticity-suppressing drugs. They will retard the reconfiguration of your neural network. Always cultivate your environment and metacognition toward non-greed. I will get an article on here soon which is more secular.
Remember: if you have a cessation event you might inhabit your scaffold for a period. Ensure that you are cultivating a positive scaffold at all times. If you decouple from consensus-reality during your waking hours, read this website again to reassure yourself of what is happening, or contact a religious leader or a trauma therapist. Do not rely on medication. If this happens, you are not broken; you are going through the rebuild process necessary for any wide-scale neuroplasticity.
It will settle. Use this time to be the change you want to see in the world, and when it settles, that change will be reflected back at you.
