Level 2 is easier when you have already had a Level 1 event.
L2 is for the underlying concepts that built the L1 construct. For example: morality, praise, success, motivation, criticism, beauty, self-image, piety, goodness.
These can still be captured in words and images but are more abstract.
Regulation:
Exercise: walking - calmly, meditatively, mindfully.
Stationary: bathing while humming.
Vocalisation: incorporating chanting or humming into any of the above; prayer

Art
Talking (solo)
Meditation, allowing thoughts to arise and dissipate
Cessation:
Meditation: sitting meditation, focused on calming dopaminergic tone and awareness of bodily sensations.
Recommended:
Walking while texting yourself so you can review it for multimodal re-encoding in the evening.
Cycling and stopping to write when a thought coalesces.
Making art with calm music playing.
Release:
Dance, sponataneous somatic movements.
Meditation, achieving equanimity, followed by intentional excitement through breathing or music.
Important: if you feel the bungee preparing to snap, sit down.
